The complete first series of the groundbreaking Channel 4 sitcom.

Spaced is the story of enthusiastic but directionless Daisy Steiner (Jessica Stephenson) and wired urban surfer Tim Bisley (Simon Pegg), two twenty-somethings who lie about being a 'professional married couple' in order to get tenancy of a North London flat.

As the story progresses, the potent mix of Tim and Daisy's friends, interests and ambitions lead them into a bizarre world perched precariously on the edge of normality.

Whats the point in buying this when you can get both series for a tenner. I'm don't have an example but it usually goes for a tenner for both.
and £9 on Play too with free delivery.
best series ever though!
I just ordered this from an Amazon seller for £7.20 (new apparently) which includes delivery.
Despite being quite old, I never saw this on TV and I adore quirky comedies so I have my fingers crossed.
I've seen the second series and look forward to watching the first
The best episode is obviously the Robot Wars one...
"oh yeh I hadn't thought of that!!"

I liked the paintballing one too, with Duane Benzie

Heck I like them all

SPACED is the best of Pegg tbh.

I love the Star Wars one.

The Phantom Menace?

I'm not good with names.

But I think the one I remember the most is the one when the dog gets taken.

I seriously need to watch them again.

Its on my list to buy.

Got Spaced 3 times over, original VHS's, HMV exclusive 1+2 DVD box set and the 3 disc collectors' edition. Series 2 is the best one imo - much more action packed than the slightly more low-key first series... if that's the right wording.

My fave mini series ever I suppose - I got my special needs sister into this show such was the amount of times I played this and she loves it aswell.

Fave overall episodes (from series 2 though) are 'Help' - the one with Tim's artwork portfolio on it's way to the one-eyed Damien Knox - with a joke picture of Knox stating 'I am a massive ******' then Tim and Mikes adventure to regain the offending picture, really tight script that one.

Also love the one 'Gone' with Tim and Daisy out for a drink and coming across Tim's old best mate Duane Benzie (now arch-enemy after nicking Tim's now-ex bird) and horrid bunch of obnoxious weed(Oregano!) hunting teens. 'It's too orangey for crows!'>>then a slow-motion shootout in the street to the moving piece of music from Platoon. Fried gold. Look out for the Coldplay and JJ72 posters in the bog.'MINI-CAB!'

'Mettle' (Robot-wars one) as mentioned above is also great.

Imo just buy the 3 disc complete set as the 2004 documentary/lookback is great and the set is bought for under a tenner.

Still voting hot as it's only £4 and it's Spaced.
Long time no see, how are you?

Well I hope:)

Hey SS. Yeah I'm well thanks :)

Just logged in and couldn't resist eulogizing over Spaced for the umpteenth time!

Hope all's well with you and your's aswell.
Definetely a quality series, parts were so surreal and it was hilarious. I haven't watched it in ages, but this deal just reminded me of it, might just have to rewatch it all again - hehe.

Worth getting and £4 is quite cheap so heat added. Cheers!

So if the 2nd series was 3.99 as well then you have saved £2....
Got the boxset, brilliant series probably worth picking up both series tbh even though series one is better.
