Voted cold. A good way off getting your kids hooked onto those machines in Arcades. The only problem is they rarely get there money back in the arcades

I wouldnt personally agree with what you have said - think its a bit of harmless fun, but each to their own.:)

I used to love these games as a kid - in the arcades. I was given £1 and I had to make it last all day.

I never turned into a gambler, neither did my brothers or sisters!

The value of money needs to be taught and a little fun is OK now and again.

Hi [email protected], the customer reviews are good on Argos, but someone did mention that the coins were too light, however when replaced with real pennies it done the trick :)

Its family experiences like that which help keep people grounded.

You gain a sold awareness of money when you are using tiny amounts at a time. A £1 coin is suddenly 50 goes on the arcade machine :-D

We had one a few Christmas back, it's great fun for about 30 seconds.

The problem is, there are no slots at the side, so whatever you put in comes back out. So it's just a case of constantly circling the coins.

If it had them disappear down the sides like in the arcades and acted like a money box then it might be a bit more fun.
