  Once upon a time I had a pal who would steal all my Ferrero Rochers every Christmas. Swine... I got the missus to coat some part boiled brussel sprouts in chocolate and carefully wrap them in Ferrero wrappers and just bided my time until he decided to have a sneaky scoff. I thoroughly recommend the practice because my choccies have been safe ever since :p

  Sprouts are really tasty, providing you don't boil them to death like most people do.
  
  Part boil, then pan fry with a little seasoning.

  The summer crop of sprouts never taste as nice as the winter crop as for some reason sprouts seem to tase sweeter once the frost gets to them. This is the reason why sprouts are cheap in the summer. When the first of the winter crop come thought the price goes up.

  On Embarrasing Bodies the other night the Doctor had some research done on her poo and an eminent research team have found that in the Lab Brussel Sproats kill off certain cancer cells. Might be that Brussels are good for us!
