bad reviews.

Customer rating: 1 out of 5 stars Do not buy - absolute rubbish

Item is of sub-standard engineering. It barely functions failing to fire one time in ten, the spuds get stuck inside. After 30 minutes of wrestling with the fire button (and painful fingers resulting from that) the gun finally exploded into pieces. (I have two of these both have same problems however I stopped using one after the other fell apart).

State of the art? Bring back the old metal gun any day of the week if you ask me.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

WOW! scathing reviews!

Will have to dig out the old metal one from the shed...

£5.44 delivered :whistling:

mmm Cold... I bought two of the old style metal ones at a local highstreet shop for £1.99 each.
(same as I had as a kid 30 years ago).

Yes, they still hurt your fingers.

Unfortunately the shop doesn't sell on line, but if you live in Northern Ireland and are near Stuart Millars "sweetie" shop in Holywood, Co Down, you can get the classic metal spud guns for £1.99

Online, I found these:
http://www.otherlandtoys.co.uk/original-spud-gun-p-1343.html £2.95 (+ I suspect some shipping as it isn't mentioned anywhere)

lol Spud guns :D . I can remeber a few years back me and a few of my mates all in our cars going round in circles in an empty car park shooting each other with these threw the car windows. Ahh good times.
