For the market perhaps, but I think FF4 or FF6 are worth the £5-£6 that they are.

In this case it's probably not worth it. I refunded Final Fantasy VII on Android because it was a pretty awful port.

Are they? Or are we just getting used to placing a £2 maximum value on any mobile game?

Remember when this first came out it cost £50 and the PSN/Steam versions still aren't cheap now.

I'm not above paying above 99p for a game. In fact I bought Chrono Trigger at £3.49. But if it's over a fiver, it better not be an inferior product to something that I could easily emulate (hello FFVI).

But this isn't candy crush, this is a deeply involving adventure that should give you many hours or gaming fun, and that's worth 'max 99p'? Poor game developers...
