STANLEY Hand Saws Pack of 3 Were £21.99, then £8.99 and now only £7.99 @ Screwfix
OK, they're not Bahco quality, but Stanley saws are very good for general DIY, and here you've got 3 different and very useful saws, which were previously posted @ £8.99, so at £7.99, they're a bargain!
Pack includes:
•Panel Saw with Induction Hardened Teeth
•Plasterboard Saw for Close Quarters Cutting - These are great for cutting out for drywall back boxes for sockets etc
•Mini Hacksaw for Pipe or Metal Cutting
All are 7Tpi, so the panel saw is a general purpose saw suitable for most jobs, although for cutting Contiboard/Laminate, I'd prefer to use something finer like 11Tpi

Jump to unread Post a CommentNo problem, although it's quite ironic really because AFAIK, Screwfix is still owned by Kingfisher (not related to the lager!), who also own B&Q!
Brick!! cut them with a bolster, or if lazy an angle grinder, but if you want a saw for thermalite blocks etc, then I'd just use the cheapo Contractors ones, Screwfix do a 3 pack for £5.40....

They won't last as long as a dedicated block saw, but at this price who care, just don't buy them for cutting wood, they're ****!
I bought these and they will not cut wood they are just rubbish.
You can usually get good pretty handsaws for £5 from the builders merchants so the other two for a couple of squid is about on par.
