A manual treadmill encourages walking and running, which are some of the best forms of exercise to improve general fitness. Using a treadmill puts less impact on your joints and also offers a more varied workout with performance feedback. A manual treadmill uses your own momentum to turn the belt.
Using your treadmill will provide you with several benefits. It will improve your physical fitness, tone your muscles and in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet, help you loose weight.

* Adjustable tension for varied resistance
* Hi-Tech magnetic brake system
* Running surface - 100(L) x 32(W)cm
* Computer monitors - Scan, Time, Speed, Distance and Calories Burnt.
* Treadmill folds for moving and storage
* Max user weight - 100kg
* Size - 142 x 65.5 x 133.5cm

Can someone tell me if the manual magnetic ones are any good? Really after a treadmill but cannot afford a motorised one.

lol they are diabolical, had one a long time ago .

See how the dude in the pic is holding the handles as he runs, well thats cos you have to cos you have to lean forward as you run to get the push to keep it going round, absolutely useless imo :p

I just read the reviews, they are all positive despite it being heavy. With what you just said about you having to lean forward puts me off abit though, still unsure if i should go for it. May wait until mitch92uk gets his and see what he thinks to it.

Ebuyer seem ok with reviews, good or bad they seem to leave them for everyone to read.

Just to update this I got mine a few days ago. It's a big heavy box but the treadmill itself seems ok. I ended up removing some of the plastic fascia/belt guards as it was getting in the way but other than that it's a good deal.
