Anakin Skywalker's second in command during the Clone Wars, Clone Captain Rex (CC-7567) was a freethinking and aggressive soldier's-soldier. Gruff, no-nonsense and tough as nails, Rex voiced his professional opinion to even the highest-ranking Jedi.

In command of the famed 501st Clone Trooper Battalion, Rex and his men were assigned to patrol the most lawless and dangerous sectors of the galaxy within the feared Outer Rim. Clone Captain Rex Monument stands approximately 6 feet tall. He is showcased with battle damaged clone armour and short blaster pistols in both hands.

How can you have a "life-size" replica of an animated film character?

And what sort of idiot pays a grand for a 6 foot tall, presumably plastic?, static model of a clone trooper?

And being a clone, what makes this Captain Rex different/better than any other clone?
Surely that's the whole point of being clones - they are all the same!

Just build your own. :giggle:

No, can't find it cheaper anywhere else in the UK.
Actually, can't seem to find it anywhere else in the UK.

When you take into account the current exchange rates it is available about £200 cheaper in the USA: http://shop.starwars.com/catalog/product.xml?topcatID=1301496;product_id=1308766
but I'd guess that shipping is going to cost quite a bit.

So basically, it doesn't seem to be cheaper anywhere else in the UK, but not more expensive either. As usual we are being ripped off in the UK when you compare to USA prices. So not hot really, is it?

Try this: http://forbiddenplanet.com/39016-star-wars-clone-wars-captain-rex-life-sized-monument/

So I guess this is indeed a cold deal, but at least for the right reasons!
