I prefer these to the 'enhanced' versions that came out.
I think they would probably still be the Special Editions.

Like the ones I got a while back when Virgin/Zavvi was still about, they had 2 discs, the 2nd disc was the original version.
HMV have been doing the 2 disc verson of each film for £5.99 for a while. One disk contains the original theatrical version the other a restored/remastered edition.

I got the HMV special edition version of this, basically the same discs but in a white box with different sleeve. I think at the time this was £17.99 (less Quidco). The set does contain both original and enhanced versions.

Excellent find. Heat added.
Any one know if theres any plans to bring these out on Blu-Ray?

Might be worth waiting......

Google this, if you've an afternoon spare to read all the forums about it!!
Why don't Lovefilm offer cheaper prices to Lovefilm renters?!?

(hot btw)
Wanting to buy this. But holding back as I want one with all of the Star Wars films together in like some sort of special edition box set.
good deal, may the force be with you.
it says 6 disc version ,so will it have the unmastered and mastered versions ,also if you look for them on there own there ie: 2 disc versions there about £16.99 each at most places thats for new by the way ,i know you can get em about fiver each for 2nd hand .

now its not even this cheap on ebay ,so id say this is very hot

just ordered revenge of the sith off ebay for £4.50 dont know why that dvd is still alot of money as it came out ages ago.
Not sure why people are voting so hot ???? the original versions where released on dvd not so long ago, may as well wait till lucas brings them out on blu ray, then we can all buy them once again to watch once and put away on a shelf next to the other various starwars dvd/videos weve bought over the years now collecting dust and worth about a quid
not bothered about blue ray ,as there been so many re released films on blue ray that dont offer anything more ,and even some blue ray are same quality and havent been remasterd.

also you can bet blue ray be more money

so yes hot from me
