While the Clone Wars ravage the galaxy, the wise Jedi Master Yoda senses the dark side of the Force surrounding Chancellor Palpatine. When the Separatists invade the Wookiee world of Kashyyyk, Yoda leads the Republic's clone army into battle. Assisted by the mighty Wookiees Chewbacca and Tarfful, Yoda barely escapes a surprise ambush when the Clone Wars take a fateful turn.

Upon his return to Coruscant, Yoda learns the terrible truth. With the Jedi decimated, and the Republic reorganized into the first Galactic Empire, Yoda must face the new Emperor in the ultimate confrontation between the greatest wizards of the Force in the galaxy.

Yoda's unique lightsaber with which he fought the evil Darth Sidious is the next in the amazing series of Star Wars officially licenced Force FX lightsabers, all the sounds all the lights. Official reproduction of the lightsaber used in Episode II & III. Who could resist?

the FX series is brilliant! It has motion sensors so if you move it in the air or hit somebody :> with it it makes swooshing noizes. I love them. Great find!

While it's a good price when you think about how much it costs elsewhere, it's still a little OTT for what it is. I managed to get this and Luke's for £25 each when Play had them on offer two Christmases ago.

Although it is awesome, the comeback when I ask my fiancée about her junk is "why do you need two lightsabers?" - some people just don't understand! :-D

Some people just don't understand Lightsabers are a must have for every household, the more the merrier:thumbsup:

Adults you are better off investing in a full sized one.
This is just for the little kids as it is about half size.
Not bad apart from that.

I've had 3 or 4, but they are sometimes not very robust i.e. lights stop working or no noise.
And PLAY are sometimes crap at getting things returned to.

Actually, mine were adult ones so dno about these little diddly ones.

I bet you still have your lightsabers. Do you still have the fiancee?

This light saber has been this price for over a year now, I brought one january 2008 and another in october last year so i doubt the price has changed.

It is not a "kiddie" sized light saber its supposed to be small to replicate the lightsaber Master Yoda would have used!

(Play.com used to sell the full size ones (blue and red) for the same price, but just checked and they dont anymore )

This is a full size one. Its only smaller because its supposed to be an authentic remake of Yoda's lightsaber and reflects his size. These are certainly not kids toys, they're far too delicate to be used in actual duelling.

Dear Mr Echo - Sorry - all I did was question why people are so obsessed with Star Wars etc - is it bad manners to question something, or are you just having a bad day?
