Ordered mine this evening, entered free delivery code SHD1 thus saving £3.99. You can also collect in store if you wish.

28 day refund service, but if you return to a local store after having ordered online, your 28 days starts ticking when you receive the 'delivery to store' email (if I recall correctly; you'll need to read the T&Cs before finalising your purchase).
Order to your home to be covered by the distance selling regulations. That way if it's not suitable, it can go back :-)

Will report how I get on in due course...

Gold card discount - see Debenhams Voucher post courtesy of suziemaclondon OP. Please beware that code PY4P (expires 08/08/10) may not work, particularly if you are not a gold card member. Short window of opportunity for the £108 deal. Keep your eye out for other vouchers...

http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/610313/BOSCH-TDS2511GB is a better price. It's a superb piece of kit!

I think this is pretty much the same, too, and even cheaper: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bosch-TDS2510-Professional-Steam-Generator/dp/B000Y7YQYK

Best wishes, Neil

Quite this has been selling at Comet for £85 for the past 6 months. Great bit of kit, only down part is it takes a little longer to warm up than I would like.

I can't see the TDS2511GB model for this price anywhere - "£85"? I assume therefore that you are referring to the TDS2510GB model, which Trumpeter has referred to. The 2510 model has been criticised for the poor 'heat up' time. Suppose one could make a cuppa whilst waiting :-)
Incidentally, I actually purchased the TDS2511GB for £108, with a Debenhams gold card 10% member discount. Rather than members stating 'I haven't got a gold card', I chose not to include this info on my OP; Though with hindsight, I should have still included this (please forgive my oversight, I am still relatively new to this site).
In any case, at least you get some form of customer service from Debenhams. Should the item not be as expected and I wish to request a refund, at least you won't get a refund LESS 10% from opening the ruddy box up! (We experienced this with a microwave purchase from COMET. Unfortunately, the cable was too short to reach the intended plug socket. The foolish assistant suggested that we plug it into an extension, how very unsafe!). Just make sure you read the refund policy. I will NEVER purchase from COMET again, unless I am absolutely sure that the item is what I'm after. We suffered the 10% reduced refund and purchased a Panasonic from CURRYS. Incidentally, Panasonics generally tend to have a longer lead than most other microwave brands.

Thank you for your comments Neil, if only I trusted the Amazon marketplace...
