Under 12's Season Ticket & Shirt for £25.00 @ Stevenage FC

5
It looks like being relegated can have a silver lining. Under 12's can watch a season of L2 football for £1 a game and get a free shirt.

Why can't other football clubs be this generous and old fashioned in their approach?! Wait, don't answer that...
Pity it's only a polo shirt... but still a good deal for the admission alone.
Great deal!

You forgot about £2.5 booking fee so not that hot deal :)
Its clever marketing really......under 5s arent exactly going to be attending the games on their own, more likely with one or two parents...so in effect by selling the juniors season tickets cheap they are selling another 1 or 2 full priced adult ones.
Rafadiv.....oh dear.
Not that impressive, when you consider that Sunderland in the Premier League have also been selling kids season tickets for £25 in their family zone when accompanied by an adult. And you can add as many kids as you like for £25 each.

Child abuse?

No thanks, nice of you to offer though, not sure this is the forum for you though.I think you've got the wrong forum.

Harsh comment Rafavdv :( this good for children to have an interest and learn all kinds of things (some maybe not what you'd choose) we need to get children engaged in outside interests and physical activity and broaden horizon etc., :)
What's wrong with starting off with smaller, cheaper to visit matches . . . .

Looks like good deal :)

What do you mean whats wrong? You support a team and that's it, you don't trade it in every couple of years........

Stevenage FC are my old home town team and it's great to see what they have achieved in the last few years having supported them since they were Stevenage Athletic back in the 70's. £25 for a child's season ticket is a brilliant deal for them to watch a decent standard of football on the cheap.

good deal. visited stevenage in a cup game couple of seasons ago with the royals. loved the ground, reminded me of a better but smaller version of Elm Park AND you can stand up. As for the town, wow what a dump and near impossible to get a beer or food and seemed like a town full of chavs and dole claimers

If you just visited the town center then no wonder you think its a dump - its a 1960's disaster. There are though plenty of nice places to eat and drink in Stevenage. Mainly in the old town. Next time you visit please visit the High Street (Old Town). You will have a totally different experience. The football stadium unfortunately is on the wrong side of Stevenage and if your coming from the Train Station then you have no choice but to walk through the Town Center. Although not born in Stevenage I have spent most of my life here and although it has its bad points (Like most home county new towns) It has some really great points too. You have called it full of dole claimers but it might surprise you to know that unemployment is below the national average. The chavs you see in the Town Center area (and there are many) are by no means what the majority of Stevenage residents are like. Im 33 never been unemployed non of my friends or family also from Stevenage has ever been unemployed.

Big big game tonight, a must win for both. As a Carlisle fan, I think this is a cracking deal for Stevenage supporters. Fair play to Stevenage FC but I hope you lose! Season Ticket holders are in…

Indeed. Whoever gets the 6th place deserve it. 3 points from you stops us on goal difference so I need you to not win either game and us (Carlisle) to win both.
My how the tables have turned - Stevenage back in the play offs.

Fingers crossed for a win against Sheffield UTD on Saturday.

Good deal. As a Brentford fan really hoping for a Stevenage win. If Carlise win we're pretty much out of it

Your out of it anyway, you need to beat Stevenage, Sheff Wed and Chesterfield. At best you will get 7pts. Notts have Bury, Wycombe, Colchester, and two of those teams have nothing to play for (we also have two home games). You can forget about Carlisle, now Millers out they cant score..............You pieeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssss! :D

This isnt cheap.... and the level of football on show will hardly be entertaining. Why is it on here?

I can assure you that it will be the most entertaining game you will ever see... Although I may be biased.

But its not cheap so im going to have to vote cold - cheap was the charlton game the other week at £5 a ticket

Can I just get this straight?

Stevenage FC are going to pay my Family £40 to sit through one of their games?

Will there be a Feedback Form at the end - is this an e-mail collection scam?

just saying but surely this is a charlton deal available to stevenage fans, rather than a stevenage
deal?

I'm not sure anyone has said any different - infact I said in my post that it was their fiver scheme.

Perhaps the badge should be a Charlton one?
