I ordered some furniture from them recently. The target delivery was 4 weeks but in fact it took a week and a half. The furniture was damaged in arrival so I tried emailing customer support who didn't reply. Then I called an 0845 number and they told me to open the package, check which bits were damaged and contact the manufacturer for replacement. There were no manufacturer details in the parcel.

To avoid the hassle of having to be in for them to pick it up, wait and be in again for a new delivery I decided to keep the stuff (the damage was on a bedside table leg and not too obvious) and asked them for a discount. The maximum I could get was £15 in account credit which is pants.

Will I use them again (after spending my £15)? Probably not. I was not impressed.

bought and returned a dvd recorder(nowt wrong, i found a better deal)...with very little hassle at all and the refund was quick too.

We bought this from them as well. Similar situation whereby the packaging was quite damaged. Luckily nothing inside damaged or missing. However, I will say that these are cheap and the drawrs dont fit together that nicely. Not bad for the price though and same as B and Q range which costs £95. Guessing its seconds or something.

Not lifetime furniture but ok for the price.

mmm... was going to order this as really need a dressing table... think I'll give it a miss then with the hasstle alot of people are having with them.

ordered this and 3 of the wardrobes from the same range, paid 4-99 p&p, my only complaint would be that they arrived too quickly (3 days) the desk quality is fine no problems with any piece not fitting together and only took myself and other half 25 minutes to put together, and its the same one that a so called pine warehouse near us sells for £199

Despite debiting my card over a week ago, I still haven't heard when Cdiscount might deliver. Their contact mail on their site doesn't get replied to (I've sent 2 messages so far, both of which have been ignored). No option available on the site to cancel the order either. :-(

Please contact us on 08444 990099 and we will attempt to have this damaged piece replaced. We should be able to get it to you in 3-5 working days.

Maybe it's in your Junk folder?

I bought a Sony Vaio laptop with them and didn't have any problems with my order. The price is the cheapest I found and the 3 installments offer is really good. The laptop arrived within 5 working days.
