First deal post so be kind. I was looking for a cricket bat for my son when I came across this deal which seems pretty good for a good junior bat as is much more at other stores from what I can see.

Thanx I'll measure him when I get home. Thanks to all for your contributions I know more than I did yesterday x
Expiring this as the bat I found has expired and link is now going to other bats. May still be good but not what I found. Sorry.
this bat is a kuhanna not a blade
It depends how tall your 7 year old is, both my boys started out with size 2 bats, as size 3 were too big when they were 7.

Height & Size
1.75m & Over - FULL SIZE
1.68m to 1.75m - ACADEMY
1.63m to 1.68m - HARROW
1.57m to 1.63m - 6
1.50m to 1.57m - 5
1.44m to 1.50m - 4
1.37m to 1.44m - 3
1.29m to 1.37m - 2
0.00m to 1.29m - 1

Thanx my little bit has started cricket and I'm aiming to kit him out bit by bit. Would this be any good for a seven year old. Just I'm not sure about if there are certain sizes for age etc. Any help appreciated x
Hi .. yes h11 is right ... size 3 sounds more likely unless he is big for his age. My son is eight and a half and is getting used to a size 4.

This may help:

Where's the love for our boys down under?

Might have something to do with the fact that the t-shirt is crap and expensive. I personally don't like cricket but I'm sure if I did, I wouldn't wear that
So you don't like Cricket but you felt compelled to not only read this thread but also post into it?!?!

Yes.

It's HOTUKDEALS and as far as I was aware I don't have to like something to comment on if it is a good deal or not. If this was on here for £1 delivered I would vote hot, yet add the same comments because it would be a good deal for a t-shirt. £20 delivered for this is not a good deal.

T-Shirt is a classic, the play on the Aussie soap is genius. I'd pay twice as much for this!!!

Exactly. Hot from me. Well done lads. Once again we have a strong cricket team. The Aussies REALLY hate the fact that they're no longer good enough. Long may it continue.
