Bought this a couple of years ago, think we paid around £150 for the jalapeño red 90cm version. We really liked the look of it, and the extraction rate on paper seemed phenomenal. In reality I can honestly say it's the worst item I've ever bought. I think there must be a design fault as it vibrates so much that the sound is almost unbearable. And the extraction is negligible. Our old lamona extractor, which I think had a extraction rate of 200 odd was vastly superior. Other owners views may differ, but I can definitely not recommend this extractor. :(

Odd, when you see Jalapeño you think Green rather than Red. Why not just call it "Chilli Red"

Thanks for the review BTW.

thanks for that.. if i have these issues it'll be going straight back - I've read quite a few reviews and although most say its noisy, they're very good reviews. Lets wait and see!
