No this is a single deal which is permitted underr the new rules
What's more, it states the correct price, 99p :)
It's hard to describe how nasty a strawberry can be so I suggest you buy some, but don't by more than one pack or you will regret it.

Then I hope you both took them back for a full refund. The store manager will be very interested to hear of your concerns, especially if over 30% of the punnet were going off. All products are date coded and it is the store manager's role to ensure that no out of date or perished goods are sold by the store.
Even if you just don't like the taste, you can take the product back for a full refund under the Aldi Refund policy on groceries:
Only ones I can see this week are 440g for £2.00 at Asda.
Maybe they have a 227g punnet for a quid, but the Aldi one is a whopping 400g
Yes I bought some. They were really sweet, juicy and tasty.
Of course, they may vary by store, and your expectations of what a strawberry should taste like may differ from mine, but I would suggest you just try some.
Remember, just keep hold of your receipt and if you are not entirely satisfied, return them for a full refund.

You can't go wrong at this price, especially with such a money back guarantee to back up your purchase :)
