This has been on for years :p sort of a good deal but you rarely want any of the free extras and if you're with anyone else they generally want more than just a burger.
#3
Also Medium Fries.

And the Mcflurry can only be smartie, dairy milk or chrunchie and not the promotional Mcflurry.

That was the actual advertised deal when we got our cards but your right, they always pretended they had no idea what you were on about - in the end we found it easier (and more tasty) to get a snack box from KFC which is £2 anyway!!

Glad we aren't students anymore really - was getting wayy too fat with all those free cheesburgers:-D

Just don't sit in the car too long eating it or they take your reg number and send a £30 fine. BEWARE.

Hot from me older student, never sure what discounts you get with standard nus card. I know most discount places now only except the £10 Nus extra card.

Any chance you could tell me where I can get some handouts?

Sorry, no not me but my friend who has 2 children that take ages to eat their food, like most children play with the toy rather that eating the happy meal that came with it. She took them after a shopping trip and by the time they had the meal, changed nappies etc went back to the car and thought nothing of it until the fine dropped through the letterbox.

As part of their 'taste the world 2010' Just heard its
Feb - Japan (McSushi)
March - Turkey (McKebab)
April - Italy (McLasgne)

Past these months its all hush hush

They are all only mini dishes, but good value if they are free with the xtra value meals (or 99p/£1.29 ea)

sounds odd. wouldnt pay it anyway. they could threaten court, but they wont anyway. waste of their time for £30

Workers don't even ask for NUS at my local one, they usually just take your word for it or very rarely ask for a student ID (i.e. college card). I'm vegetarian though so this offer doesn't really apply to me. ;-)

Heat anyway.

What I want to know is why student deals exist in the first place? They exist under more and more businesses every year.
Is it simply a way to encourage people to get a better education for themselves? I think it goes deeper than that...
