Not the proper over the counter pseudoephedrine Sudafed if you have some Breaking Bad antics in mind, but still a good deal for the shop bought stuff ;)

Fantastic price, and great stuff but be aware of side effects. If you're taking any other medications it can cause quite serious problems or if you take a lot of it you can end up with something called a rebound nasal congestion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhinitis_medicamentosa) that's why most GP's now seer clear of it.

if you've got a sinus headache you need that proper stuff, the other kinds of sudafed just don't work effectively. it's often hard to get abroad (in some countries) so I take it with me when travelling just in case.

Ah, used to buy in bulk from the company shop in the good old days when the stuff had pseudoephedrine in there.

Worked great with a hangover (of which there were a lot from nights at the company bar.....).

I like a bit of codeine when I've got a cold, you can get it as cough medicine online. It's a rip online but most high street pharmacies won't sell you it because it is addictive if abused, you can also OD on it too, especially mixed with alcohol or any other sedative.

i always used to recommend Tyrozets! theyre the best throat pastilles you can get IMO. They numb your throat and have a sweet aniseed flavour. For a cough Meltus (the green one). for a cold Sudafed and generic paracetamol with a dose of ibuprofen in between paracetamol doses. cant beat it!

That condition is caused by the use of topical decongestants i.e. nasal sprays. This deal is for capsules (non topical).

Great deal!

Shop bought ones usually 12mg of active ingredient whereas pharmacy (red pill) versions are 60mg. They work much better if you've a bad dose. But this is still a good price ones listed

You're comparing apples and oranges there. It's 12mg of phenylephrine v 60mg of pseudoephedrine. Pseudoephedrine has marked therapeutical benefits over phenylephrine. There are debates over phenylephrine's effectiveness. Some studies show no difference between phenylephrine and placebo.
If you want guaranteed results, stick with regular pseudoephedrine Sudafed.

Nope, I can also do dyphenhydramine which is what is in 'proper' Benalyn, another one that isn't matched by it's down the shopping aisle counterpart ;)

Just a word of warning Don't use decongestants if you are on meds for hypertension (bloodpressure) they can cancel out their effectiveness. Read the leaflet or they may clear your sinuses at a stroke!

Your erudition does you credit ... but unfortunately, "it's" is not correct. However, I appreciate your advice ; many thanks.
