Got the letter this morning so will probably book online!!

Would I be right in thinking that the price for the foreign ones would just be for accomodation, and that you'd have to make your own travel arrangements?

#11

Check the link. Would you like somebody to book it for you as well? :whistling:
#13
If it's for a week then this deal is hot if you're staying in the Uk but cold for europe because the cost of getting there, and the rubbish exchange rate wipes out any saving. Better off using it to stay in the UK and supporting our local businesses.

Haha no ta, already got a holiday booked for this summer

I looked at these for a site in France - and by the time their other charges were added it was the same price as just booking normally without needing to buy the paper.

Lol. I paid £15pp for 4 nights at Butlins in July. Good deal compared to the regular booking price. About £20 on the train....

this is a good deal for a weekend break over here, but like Ibiza said, once you factor in other costs for abroad it soon mounts up. might check it out for a 3 nighter over here.

thanks so much for posting this :) bit skint at the minute so this hopefully means we can have a holiday :)
#19
Can you go as just a couple? or does it have to be for £15pp for a family or 4 etc.?

Just wondering incase I need to pay a supplement.

I believe you have to pay for 4 people :)

Great price for a holiday but doesn't it mean spending it surrounded by Sun readers? :?

we stayed at pweheli the hoeseasons flag ship holiday camp last year with the sun, grim wasn't the word i thought they would have tattooed a number on our arms & shave our heads it looked like a war camp when you went into the camp a bit old & grim, when we were trying to find our hut i asked a bloke where the gas chambers were, they had just spent thousands on a crazy golf course with a waterfall, but the huts were so old, dogs howling like wolves in the other huts kids screaming & crying in the bars because they were tired but there parents wanted to keep on drinking there carling when you just want a quiet drink . i refuse to go on one of these sun holidays ever again, my wifes been made redundant & i'm on 4 days a week but i still have my pride.

you must be in your 60s as hoildays are about having fun not just looks, it is what you make it, next time you go on holiday stop worrying about what other people and there kids are doing and you might enjoy your self a bit more

to all the people who have recieved the priority booking letters.do you want the park of your choice with the sun holidays, and possibly the date as well.
1 pick the park you most want to go to
2 then pick 3 parks that have half board as an option
3 enter your first choice, followed by the 3 h/b parks, not forgetting to check the box on these three
4 enter the first date you require, followed by your next three chioces
5 you should be offered your first choice and your first date

i have done this for the last 3 years, and have always got my first choice and first date.which is butlins

we went to hopton last year and it was fab, and off to withernsea sands in oct, got my prioity letter as well yesterday so will have a look and see what we can get in aug, i agree you have to look at all the extras, ie passes, elec, linin etc, but we have found both times we have still saved money

I think it depends when you book- I've found that when I've costed it for when it's not the school holidays, you make a minimal or not at all saving, but if you book for the school holidays you do make a saving.

Received my letter yesterday. Hot
