If you're a lowlife stinking thief that hates Nintendo.
Have a nice day.

Some would say Nintendo are the thief's at 9.99

You have a nice day to my friend x

I'd much prefer potentially good Android games to be around £9.99 than free and full of timers and pay2win mechanics.

How are they thieves?
they paid designers to create a product and can charge what they like for it. it's up to you as a consumer to decide whether or not to purchase it at that price.
If you went into a supermarket or shop and something was priced too highly. would you steal it? justifying the shop as the thieves?

I thought the iPhone price was £7.99. Why is this higher? I love Mario games, but having to wait for the android version and then be charged more, I am going to leave this one I think.

Brexit tax. It's gone up on iPhone now too.

Does this mean I wouldn't be able to play it on the train to work where the mobile signal varies from patchy to non-existent? If that is the case its pretty pointless as a mobile game surely?

Was it ever paid on ios? I think i got mine for free on ios, except there is more than one game called the same thing...

If I went Into a supermarket and bought something I wouldn't know if it was priced to highly till I purchased it and reviewed the product for myself. Fortunately I have purchased this so called product on ipad for my daughter and have played it myself so therefore I can say in my opinion this is overpriced my friend.

No one is forcibly taking £10 of you, its a choice, a choice plenty are willing to take. Illegally downloading on the other hand is definitely theft in the eyes of the law.

Not sure how often it does it but the exact same comments were made when it came to iOS

The council don't forcibly take my council tax but if I don't pay it they send me to prison.
Nintendo are trying their luck at this price.
There is also the age old question, If you download it for free how are Nintendo losing 9.99 if you were never willing to pay that in the first place. I don't buy it because they are charging too much = they get nothing. I download it free because they are charging too much = they get nothing. But in their eyes it equates to them losing 9.99. Nonsense.
#24
If the game is good and doesn't have annoying popups and 'play' to win rubbish then £9.99 could well be worth it.

Not that I am going to buy it.
#25
I'm all for paid, premium games on Android which mean no in app purchases or ads but ideally not at £10. I've been holding Google survey money for this though so doesn't technically cost anything ;)

By that logic we shouldn't pay for any software, ever.

You're nonsense.

got to love the Nintendo fanboys defending the price, if it was anyone else pricing at this price you can bet they would be the first complaining. no wonder nintendo get away with what they do as they know that there fans will happily bend over and take it from big N no matter what they do.

love their games but everything else they do leaves a lot to be desired.

For some peculiar reason some Nintendo fans here on hukd keep on posting deals for Nintendo products priced at the full SRP. Go figure. :|

Taken from a website. This doesn't look worthy of £10 for a mobile game. I'll try the freebie, but very unlikely I would grab the full game.

"In World Tour mode, there are six "worlds" with three main levels and one castle/airship. Some quick math on the image above: six worlds, four levels per world. That's right — you're looking at just 24 levels of "Super Mario Run" to play."

as OP mentioned. you get a short trial to test the game. if you don't like it you don't need to purchase it.
Justify it to yourself however you want. it's theft!

I can kinda understand the Switch posts, in the way of a stock notification, but this is a digital product that isn't going to go out of stock!

and doesn't look like much demand for it either :D

A terrible price. Just flicked through the top selling games list on Google Play. It will be the most expensive game in the top 200 "top selling games".

The beginning of the game uses very little Stamina. You can easily play for a few hours with everything they give you and linking it with your Nintendo account to get extra items like Stamina refills etc.

But then you would know that if you actually played it ;)

You're talking to a guy that has sunk 100s of hours into the real fire emblem games from gameboy advance to current 3ds. You really think I haven't "played" the iOS version. :p
