Free Delivery HOT!!!!

But im thinking its way to hot for hoodies!
#2
I tend to use their Ebay store for Superdry items as they feature often on the Daily Deals.

Got a pair of their current season Core shorts last week for £20 when they sell for more than double on the official site.

Is 3 posts in a record for the 'lol chav', 'I should be paid to advertise the product', 'if its more expensive than Primark its not worth it' fashion police to turn up?

I really love how people here call a brand chav purely on the fact that its not Topman.

Superdry did the same deal couple of months ago, however I think they should knock a bit more off this time around as its (mostly) the same lines and not the right weather for hoodies at the moment.

Got http://www.superdry.com/gb/mens/hoods/details/24843/supersonic-puff-hood last time around, I enjoy wearing it while drinking a 3 litre bottle of value cider on the corner of the highstreet and harassing passing pensioners.

There's just something about the superdry stuff that seems tacky to me.
#9
Superdry stuff isnt chavvy its just too common. Its all anyone between 15 and 25 seems to wear. Its the next step up the fashion ladder from top man so easily available and affordable to the masses.

guy in your link looks like a right chav! :p honest.

its starting to seem like more and more people seem to think anything worn by younger people = chav

never seen superdry when in japan :)

Superchav.com

Cold.

clearly you're confused on what a chav is.

a chav would never wear anything from that site as their stuff isn't covered in shiny gold patterns.
#13
Dunno why people give a monkey's about what other people wear. If you like this (or any other) stuff then go for it. Hot from me.

"Cold" for all the drones that only wear what they're told to wear! :)

Probably because the company started in Cheltenham, design their clothes in the Uk and produce them in Turkey.

Agree with the above comment that the clothes are readily available, and quite cheap, hence why they are everywhere! However, I really like them. The Hoodies and Polos seem to be of good quality, and fit pretty nicely.

I know its not everyones taste, but thats no reason to vote cold. Would you vote a free tampon deal cold because you don't use them???

Its bizarre how a fashion food-chain occurs with certain brands.

Superdry only seemed to be available from asos.com for the last ten years (maybe!) where all they sold were the OSAKA 9 t-shirts as worn by David Beckham. This seemed to be the only design they sold for years and were always £25 each.

Lately other brands have appeared and captured a lot of the Sueprdry market and so they have expanded their range but whenever I go into their Superdry shop it always seems to be the same stock - do they ever design anything new?

It seems that any brand that appears in the M&M DIrect magazine at cheaper prices seems to get this chav image and im intended to agree with it.
The same happened with Goi-Goi and Fenchurch. I quite liked them when they first come out but have gone the same way as Bench!

I wonder if it is the M&M Direct effect or whether we are all continually looking for the next new big brand that the chavs havent caught up on yet?

Breed or Franklin and Marshall anyone?

PS Good deal and their clothes are very well made and do last!

I think they have gone the same way as Bench because the 'artistic director' (not sure if that is correct title) of Cult used to be employed by Bench. He is trying to turn them into a global superbrand, thus why the 'product' is much more widely available than it used to be. The quality of the clothes is still good, though. Best hoodies I have ever worn.

On a separate note, I can rememember when they used to trade from an indoor market stall in Cheltenham (far less trendy then - I seem to remember buying paisley shirts there in the late 80s.) From the same market sprung 'Badlands records' - if you check their ebay shop its another success story.

Another separate note - the guy behind Cult is also behind 'The Soho Coffee Company' & is a very rich man .......... he also very nice. Makes you sick! :)

Last Superdry deal the person posting saying it was for chavs was wearing a football shirt in his avatar. Says it all really.
#22
I am voting this hot as superdry makes me look hard and earns me respect on the streets of Canary Wharf.
#23
Why is it in every single branded sale on HUKD someone always says something about it being chavvy? everyone seems to think any popular or slightly popular brand means its a chavs make, they are wrong even if in some cases its true that it is.
#24
I agree - it has gone a bit mainstream

But if they made some clothes without their logo plastered all over the front i might buy it because the quality of their clothes is pretty solid.
#25
Thanks OP, H+R. Very nice
#26
superdry is good for everyday wear i liked to wear it at uni etc
don't wear it so much now love the leather jackets

buy hey money off is always a good deal

It think all posters that call people a chav for wearing a specfic brand etc could at least suggest an alternative brand of clothing or at least tell us what they wear? Probably too scared most of them mind.

Don't want to suggest an alternative as that might let the 'masses' who read this site start buying our secret cool brands. :)

Superdry is a massive no-no to be honest.
Anyone over 17 wearing their products should have be put in prison for 3 months for their own good.
You don't look good in them, trust me.

Secret cool brands that make you look like a try hard ;-) , i only have one Superdry T-shirt ive had for a long time just hate all the if you wear that you are a Chav rubbish., Being a chav is more about tracksuits etc imo not a Brand of good quality clothing, the word chav seems to have become used for anything.

As for not looking good in them, that would be depending on who you are trying to look good for. lol.

Brand snobbery does make me laugh mind, like a plain polo shirt with a Lacoste croc on it that costs £50 or more. If you are going to buy expensive clothes at least be a bit more adventurous :-D.

I see a couple of new posters in this thread are fitting into the forum nicely

I bet your mum still buys you Ben Sherman clothes. :whistling:

i tend to buy jack jones, firetrap and diesel. the day they become chav is the day i take my own life lol
suspended#33
chav, no-no, brand name, blah blah... give it a rest!!

no brand name is safe from you people! It's not as if people only shop for 1 brand of clothing, yes they have their preference but i am sure we all own several types of clothing!

I have clothes from superdry, fenchurch, adidas, nike, firetrap, M&S, H&M, Jack and Jones, and etc. If u like it just get it, who gives a monkeys **** what people wear.

good deal with free delivery, but hoodies are still expensive :)

Oh some dude said they purchased some superdry stuff on ebay, was it the ones with the manufacturing faults? I know they sell loads of those on ebay

Basically anything USC sells = chav imo

Loving it!:-D

I'm ordering from Bolton to level it up, up north.

"Last Superdry deal the person posting saying it was for chavs was wearing a football shirt in his avatar. Says it all really." - Yeah because supporting a football team is chavvy right?

And although i don't think Superdry is chavvy it's just worn by a lot of people, so its not as cool as it was once when not as many people did wear it. For example Bench, which is probably the worst brand around now due to it getting far too cheap and everyone buying it. I don't really have any favorite brands anymore, I am one of those people clad head to toe in topman. Simply for the reason it is cheap, good quality and cool. Its also its not obvious its topman which means its can't go out of fashion like Bench.

Except for those discusting button tshirt things that some people still wear despite them being awful.
#38
my Hoodie of choice when the ccctv cameras are on me!
#39
Superdry stuff seems of a reasonable quality.
Incidently the term 'chav' is a racist slur to the Roma people, shame on you all.
