You just answered my question here. I was going to ask what life they had in them.
Could get you out of a problem with the kids Christmas presents on the day, good safety backup!
Good for Christmas tears, as the new toy keeps having to get new ones installed. I've done comparison tests between these and others: not all of them high prices, and it's a false economy generally. Low energy drain items will use them better, but at the end of the day, they don't somehow seem to have the oooomph for endurance.

Try recyclable if you can get them, charge them at work or some other place, and you're good to go, especially with the newer types that hold their charge.
I've added heat, as it's a cheap deal, at least taking it from subzero.

Super power? Heavy duty? RUBBISH for the landfill site.
What a waste of the earth's resources making these.
You can now buy rechargeables that work straight out
of the box and they last for years. Pay the extra. It's cheaper
in the long run.
Don't use them!!!! They leak like you wouldn't believe. I bought a set. Okay for low power devices, but keep an eye on them - they all leak very very badly, and nearly damaged one of my devices.
Bought a couple of packs of these AA and AAA size. What a mistake. A third of them all have leaked so far. Three of the kids toys are ruined. They were working one day the next day the y weren't. Opened the battery covers and they were VERY badly corroded. The toys are beyond repair as the battery contacts have eroded and it's gone onto the boards. Very angry.
Should never have bought them. Always stick to Duracell. One time. One mistake.
Gonna write to the company that sold them as tthey're all still well within date and it's cost me over £100 if I lose these toys. :(
