It looks like it would slide off!!

I think it's like a bulldog clip, in which case it should have a fairly strong grip.

I've had one for a few years, and for this price, you can't go wrong. I love it.

It comes with a sturdy double-sided clip so you can either side accordingly.

I use one these and find it a great device. It is very clear (audible), picks up Bluetooth enabled devices quickly, has long battery power/usage and at this price it's well worth it!

More good reviews from amazon.com

Seems to be branded as BlueAnt there & currently selling for $57 (from $99).

Seems to be a cracking deal for £17.99.

i have mine mounted and people can hear me clearly on speaker. the biggest disadvantage of most bluetooth handsfree is having to charge it. (for me anyway)

I use Duct Tape around my head to attach my phone to my ear.

This means I can be ready to answer my phone any time of the day or night - also acts as a chick magnet as I always look as if I've just come off the rugby field (strategically placed mud splodges help with this effect)

These are excellent pieces of kit. Had one for over a year and it's fantastic. It's also totally unbelievable how rarely it needs charged. Would never consider going back to one of those fiddly ear jobs.

Superb price - I paid over 40 quid for mine.
#21
looks a good bit of kit
#22
can you clip it to the top of the visor with the visor closed and still be heard/hear ? It looks a bit ugly is my only thought and dont want it on show so much.

thanks.

i have the carphone ware house version of this, its about 2 years old and I also am very surprised how much it needs charging. Or should I say how little it needs charging.

I charge it about once every month and use it at least 20 times a month for long 15 min calls. Its very good cos if your phone is ringing and its not switched on, just press the on button and it will connect for you to answer the call.

Hot hot hot.

And also, I have a mini and I get velcro and velcro it to the roof in the centre. it looks like its part of the car then. IT dont have to be connected to the visor.

The clip is SUPER strong as well as the magnet. It does mark the visor also.

will this work with my iphone 1st gen?

the porter
no

Why would this not work with the 1st gen iphone? It has bluetooth and can be paired to a headset?

Also manual for anyone who's interested:

These are pants. If your driving you can hardly hear anything. plus it goes dead for a couple of seconds when you answer a call so your sat going hello, hello, hello, is anyone there?? I bought one 6 months a go for this price from play and sent it back, bought the sony version for £24.99 and never looked back
#34
I have had one of these for about 2 weeks now and they are great.

Very good price may i add

I love playing my mp3 downloads of my Nokia 6300 through this. Good thing is that when you get a phone call, the mp3 shuts down during the call. Beside its an excellent item to have. Charge lasts long time as well. Heat added

I always used a bluetooth earpiece in car (the Orange 2 for £10 was a great offer!).
What advantage does this have for the extra money?

(Apart for conferencing of course)
