Which de-fog spray do you recommend please.
For scuba diving I always used Sea Drops, available from eBay , Amazon etc. Never, ever fogs up. Should be the same for goggles.
Sea Drops are not recommended for goggles, because you don't want to get it in your eyes.

Sorry to take the thread on a potential tangent, but does anybody have a recommended place / brand for prescription scuba masks

Thanks Mark
Competitive Masters Swimmers and I bought some Swans prescription goggles a few months back. Really like them and its great being able to see the clock again in training.

Thinking about buying a pair for racing so when I finish I can actually look up and see my time!
The Tesco ones aren't anti-fog and they're only whole diopters, so if your eyes are different you'd need to buy two pairs and mix them.
They're quite comfortable and reasonably water tight, with different sets of nose pieces.
I don't go swimming more than once or twice a month, and if I did and if my vision correction was more complex then I'd probably have to consider a more sophisticated solution like this.
Are these better than the ones you can get from eBay or amazon for about £6?

Actually yes!
I had some from Tesco last year, they cost about a tenner. I swim most weekends, so was keen to try themy. They were OK, but not great, they misted up after every length of the pool. I then bought this actual brand for my holiday and couldnt believe how much better they were. Highly Recommend :-)
