Site not really good, clicked on installation video and link missing...

By the way, how to find if a wall is stud wall? Are all the walls stud wall and hence I will need stud dectector to install one of this?

Do i need a hammer drill as well or is normal drill ok?

Aren't stud walls just paper thin ones - tap it. Always best to buy a drill with hammer action, especially for old brick. But I am not a builder.

I think it's a pretty good price for a large cantilever bracket, they are usually £100 plus in most retail stores. you may find them a little cheaper on the likes of ebay but not by much.
if you're looking for cheap brackets from retail stores B&M have cheap ones up to 400 by 400 VESA for about £17 and a flat plate up to 150 VESA for £4.99 IIRC. and of all places Currys are doing there own brand brackets at reasonable prices (for major retail retailers) flat to the wall up to 42" for £19.99 and up to 63" for £29.00 and at the moment they have £5 off their small cantilever bracket that fits up to a 200 by 200 VESA fitting for £24.99... none of the Currys are any great shakes compared to on-line prices elsewhere, but for walking in off the street they're not bad.

stud walls have wooden frames that you can attach the bracket to, but I wouldn't trust one.

for a brick wall you will need quite a long bit as the bolts are hefty, this came from another site.

Is this so cold because of the unknown site?

I need a cantilever because I want to put the tv in the corner
