I wonder how long Swinton take to pay the Quidco? Some insurers, such as esure, take 5 months to pay Quidco.
I think it will probably be around the 5 month mark as according to quidco, Swinton don't even validate until 3 months after the start date. Mine did track after about an hour though. I like the fact that they have actual offices you can go into if you need to speak to someone.

If you do get a quote though, I would play about with it a bit as mine was £30 less when I asked to protect my NCB!
Ouch £780 was the lowest they quoted me...Will be sticking with the damm annoying swiftcover
Will be cheap for some, expensive for others unfortunately. Have voted this 'warm'.
last week only I bought a new car insurance. went online for quotes using one of those comparing websites. Swinton's quote came up as the lowest one. so gave them a call and they said I will also receive £70 cashback after 90 days. I have tired this in past if you go to a insurance website using quidco the quotes are very high. I would recommned go my way even £70 cashback on top of lowest quote is not bad. I am not sure for how long this cashback scheme will last. hope this helps someone looking for a new quote
quoted £1000 for a fiat punto?? no thanks... i'l stick with sub £300 at esure.

Why do that?. Surely a better way would be to go through a screenscraper, then goto the site directly and "Save" your quote. Most insurance sites have this facility. Then go back to the site via Quidco and retrieve the quote. That way you know you arent being ripped off.

£2106  I'll stay with £600 from Privilege.
when you make a quote , do another without the money voucher
mine was a cheaper quote.
thats without money off voucher;-) tip most places will work it out different ,they have to fool you.
still do it through quidco.
The link to Swinton via Quidco goes to a different home page which doesn't mention the £40 Swinton cashback. Swinton came out top for my wifes renewal recently on the comparison sites. As previous poster mentioned I cut out the comparison site and went direct claiming back Swintons £40, which I was satisfied with. I was thinking of trying the double whammy of trying to go thro' Quidco and claiming Swintons £40 but didn't want to run the risk of losing both. Was scared Quidco might not verify if you claim Swintons cashback offer.
