These are some of the best laptop baclpacks on the market. Just bought two. Thanks.
Have been using one of the Wenger branded rucksacks daily for the past 18 months.
Quality definitely better then the Belkin bag I had before!
good price
Swissgear backpacks are top notch, I have the Swissgear Hudson one which I bought last month for €28 in France for my MacBook Pro 15.4. I think all their models offer Limited Lifetime Guarantee.

Heat and rep added even though I don't need one.
Ace, I've been wanting something like this. Duly yoinked, thanks

Heat and rep and a
I wonder how these compare with the Eastpak one on cdiscount that have a special compartment for laptops?
So is this securely sectioned off inside like a normal laptop bag would be? I've not seen one of these before :-)
I too have the Swissgear Hudson. The quality is top notch, use it for carrying uni books & laptop. Also use it to travel to/from home. Heat added.
I bought one around September last year and I've not regretted it.

I'm an IT engineer by trade and use it to carry around my laptop, Power supply. tool kit, several manuals, cleaning gear, anti-static equipment, a few miselaneous cables...

This thing is crammed and it's never had a problem. The seams stand the test of time and it even survived a rather large car crash I was recently in ( ... good God man, it's almost bullet proof!

Heat and respect
Just ordered one.. great deal

thx for sharing it
These laptop bags are the best on the market. They have become a firm favourite for offshore workers and can be spotted on oil rigs and ships all around the globe. No doubt they are now a top accessory for Somali pirates. They are occasionally sold for half rrp in WH Smiths but this is a great price. Unless you know a pirate.
Ordered one, thanks for posting, been thinking about getting one of these for a while
Thanks VenomSS.

I am off to Germany for a short business trip and this offer has come at a good time. I was going to go for the Tesco Targus rucksack offer but this included a mouse I didn't want and didn’t look too sturdy.

Out of stock at 10:00 am.
Great find. I needed a new backpack.

Only 6p Quidco though as it is classed as "PC and electronics sales" :(.
Bit OT but can anyone recommend a (well priced) bag that is the max dimensions for airplane hand luggage and has a decent laptop storage bit?

I seem to remember that there was an eastpak one a while back but they ran out pretty quick!

Quick Google later.....

Cabin baggage must be no bigger, including wheels, handles and any side pockets, than:

56 centimetres tall (22 inches)
45 centimetres wide (17.7 inches)
25 centimetres deep (10 inches)
I already have a laptop rucksack but when \i saw this, I ordered one. I believe in buying the best quality whenever I can and for the sake of thirteen quid, isn't a laptop worth hundreds of pounds worth looking after? Heat added.
Out of stock at 10:00 am.

It's getting on for 5pm now and I just ordered one. They must have added new stock. :)
The Swissgear Serge 15.4" Laptop Backpack / Grey is now £14.99 and out of stock :(
Mine arrived yesterday, very nice, well padded shoulder straps, loads of pockets.
Thanks for the reminders, this is still available in Blue or Purple at £12.99

With all due respect I have to disagree.

I have just received mine and, while it is a decent enough bag, I thought the Belkin was better padded and generally better made.
