Great if you want problems with software that ran fine before installing this


This goes for most Security Suites. Better get dedicated software such as anti-virus, firewall separately.

Agreed, this is terrible software.
Stick with Avast or AVG, both are free and do the job fine, without mutilating your system.

relates to the 2010 versions, but surprise, surprise, has the same stereotypical comments, as well as explanations for those that don't know (and clearly you don't!) about recent versions of Norton:

Also, as far as I am aware the 2009 version is not suitable for Windows 7

There is a plethera of free software available from some very well known names in the security business so why anybody would pay for this kind of software (not just Norton) is beyond me!

Where are these free Internet Security Suites then, because if you think that an anti virus program is the same thing, then you are sadly mistaken - even most Internet Security Suites lack areas of protection
