Description

This stylish digital photo frame incorporates an 8" HD display, providing around four times the resolution of a standard 7" frame. This means pin-sharp, vivid photos with perfect clarity. It also displays photos in their correct 4:3 aspect ratio. Lesser frames use a 16:9 ratio, which means either distorting the photo to fit the screen, cropping the image, or adding black bars either side.

The DPF802 from Synn features a black flush bezel, creating a seamless frame for your photos. Its high-gloss black finish fits perfectly into all surroundings. It's simplicity itself to use - just pop in a memory card or USB key and your photos appear in vibrant colour (or sepia or black & white if you choose).

why so cold? the other week the 8" compact was hot...this is £10 more but you get video, and 2gb card....this was classed as better frame too.....FRAMES15 code not working with these products anymore...just called to see why and was told "it will not work in conjunction with any other offer" so well done to those who got away with it!

This is an amazing price for an 800x600 photo frame. Does anyone have this? Does it have a dark terrible secret?

If not, super hot.

Good price!
The trick is, when giving this as a present, to put pictures on.
Worked the last time I gave a photoframe to someone. ;)

very few reviews. I would prefer more before purchasing.

Not HD as HD starts at 1280 by 720 resolution.

HD with photo frames is measured differently. The standard is 800x480. HD on frames is like HD audio. No real standards.

Anyone know what these are like with electricity? Is it kind of thing you can leave on in background all day?
#13
thanks ordered one. :)

Well that's sort of true, but using the term HD is only regulated on televisions. However remember that this is an 8" screen, 800*600 is a lot of pixels to have in such a small space. High resolution would probably have been a better term to use.

No, there is no shuffle mode.

Got mine today. Very happy with it. Only criticism is that the remote isnt very responsive. But its very much worth the money.
