No way is this still being sold!

Huawei's resistive Android venture to the UK was a bargain in May 2010. Nowadays I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

T-mobile was clearing these out at £20 with 6 months Internet included 12 months ago.

Probably the slowest Android phone on the market.

This is not an iPhone.... :(
#21
Battery life is awful, I bought one from T-Mobile when they reduced them to £20, but after a while sold it to CEX for a profit.

I've fired this phone up this morning - not used it in a while (actually back to using a 5 quid nokia) - it does have Wifi and if you could have got it for 20 quid it would be OK to try out a smartphone if moving from a feature phone but when you can get much better android phones for near enough 50 quid it isn't worth the bother.

The main problems are the touchscreen and the battery life.

The screen is a poor resolution but moving from a feature phone still looks pretty cool BUT the resistive touch is terrible! - compared to even the cheapest capactive it is shocking bad! - it's just frustrating and stopped me using the phone.

The battery life is just a joke - I can run the thing down in about 6 hours.

Save another 30 quid and get something you won't regret after the first day.
Cheers

not good enough for the price
one year ago i bought mine for £20 phone +£10 credit +£5 unlock
#29
I have and use one of these as I am cheap.
It was great value for the £20 I paid for it almost a year ago, but it's not a great smartphone.
Wait for a bit more of a discount would be my advice.

I have got the T-Mobile Pulse (bigger version of this) and it is utter rubbish even back then over 2 years ago when I got it. It put me off Android phones for ages and caused me to spend £Stupid getting iPhones. But worry not, I have seen the light now.
#31
Bought for £20 as well. Not great as a phone but nice as a toy. Definitely worth custom romming it. Can use a WiFi hotspot, connect Bluetooth keyboard and is capable of playing gba to psx emulators. Haven't had flash working yet though.

You can get xperia mini pro for 50 quid. It's even got ics now. So why would you buy one of these ?

Do you have a link for that? It seems to be £100+.

The xperia mini is £50 plus a £10 topup http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/sony-ericsson-xperia-mini-refurbished-59-90-e2save-inc-10-credit-1238506

Without a contract? Where can you get it for 50 quid?
#35
Sorry not mini pro mini (without the keyboard). Was posted on here the other day, contract free. Still its a great little phone for the money, my wife has one and loves it. Its got a 5mp camera reasonable processor. Will do flash and plays all apps I have tried. The down size is the small scree but with swiftkey it is usable just about.

I only paid £70 for hers 6 months or so ago so they have been cheap for a while.

My point is its a million times better than this for not much more money really.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!! i got 3 of these phones 1 year ago for the family to use as they where cheap and had android 2.1 after 2 months the first phone basically blew up and smoke came out of it. a week later the second phone's wi-fi broke and then all of the signal workings. for the last phone all it did was wipe itself and the SD card every week or so. i wouldn't recommend this phone. better spending a bit more for a better phone which isn't a terrorist or a virus! also the battery life is rubbish and from fully charged drains in less that 12 hours if your lucky
#37
I am going to buy one 'cos its got Selina in the title.
#38
I bought this phone a year ago with 6 months free internet for £30 (worth £20) - phone itself it awful - only bought it for the free internet

spend some more and get a MUCH better android phone.
#39
Cheap mimo maybe but yes the phone is crap and makes android look bad
