For someone who loves complex tarriffs. I prefer a simple straight forward flat rate (4p per text., 6p per minute, anywhere, anytime, no contract, no minimum payment).
#2
I entered into this a couple weeks ago but apparantly there's no offers available for me at this moment in time, so I should keep checking back. :S

Nice to know that paying £40 per month means I get no extras when a promo is going on.

EDIT: just noticed the OP stated that you have to wait at least 3 months before you start receiving offers...why is that the case for contract holders...I can understand that should be the case for PAYG, as they have no long term obligations. :?

I spoke to them yesterday about this. You get to chose an initial reward but after that the reward will be random in type and size, so one month you may get x amount of data (not sure if it will be time or size based), next month it may by 200 additional text messages.

As I get plenty of airtime, texting and internet the only thing that would be useful is the international calls.

I would also like to see some free 0870 calls and roaming airtime as that would be a genuine benefit if you aren't on the new Flext Tariff.

Don't you just love the way these companies go out of their way to look after their existing customer base.
Love to see the brainstorming process and the back patting sessions of the idiots that come up with some of them.

eg. Local authorities solution to fly tipping. Doh.

I'm a T-Mobile PAYG customer and they texted me about this 2 weeks ago. As it takes me 2 months or more to spend £10 of credit it's not much use to me, so I didn't bother texting the yes off even though it would cost me nowt.

Thanks to the OP for this (H and R added), I sent the text and got an immediate reply via email (I manage my (monthly contract) account online.
FYI, here's what it said, hope it's of some help to someone.

Hi,

Thanks for joining Together rewards. We thought we'd let you know what you can now look forward to.

You will receive your first reward in about 90 days as long as you have a monthly tariff of £10 or more, or use £10 credit a month if you're a pay as you go customer.

So what will you choose - free texts, free calls when you're abroad, or free internet browsing with web'n'walk on your phone? We'll be constantly adding new rewards too, so you're sure to find something to suit the way you use your phone.

I'm already a T-Mobile customer with a barely working N95, paying £30-£35/month. I never use all my allotted allowance, and already have web & walk. I give them tons of cash, yet there are no rewards for me worth having. How about letting me upgrade my barely functional phone? They won't even let me pay off my contract then upgrade. Frustrating.

I dont get what they could possibly offer to someone on their new flext tariffs.
