£22.99 payable each month then claim cashback redemption to get an equivilent price of £11.49/month - not a bad price but I don't know what or how reliable OnestopPhoneShop is? plus sometimes getting billing data from Tmoble/EE has been problematic in recent times!

The small print:
12-month contract with T-Mobile 'T-Mobile Smartphone 22.99 SIM Only 12m' on a basic monthly line rental of £22.99
Send your claim in line with the Cashback Claim Process below and we will credit you by cheque with £27.59 each time.
This will save you £137.94 over the 12 month duration of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is £11.49 per month.
Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing
Cashback Claim Process:
Claiming your cashback couldn't be simpler. You will need to send in your mobile phone bill at months 4 , 6 , 8 , 10 and 12
It's so simple to workout when you need to claim your cashback, please see the below table on when you should send your bills to us.

I've heard that t-mobile/EE aren't the best when it comes to customer service, but then I've heard good things too. The deal is also available at mobiles.co.uk. I've not used either of the companies so can't comment on whether they're any good, but if you're purchasing a mobile from anyone other than the big companies, you should always do your research first anyway.

Seems like a decent enough deal to me; mobiles.co.uk are part of Carphone Warehouse and they are reliable (they take PDFs of bills over emails also which is very handy).

£7 Quidco/TCB as well.

What stands in the way of this deal are the TPO 4 months for £7.50; Vectone doing £10/month 'unlimited' PAYG and the existence of similar deals from Affordable and e2save for a similar deal to the above but with a phone (which means the phone can be sold on, and you get £30-50 Quidco/TCB which reduces the effective monthly tariff still further).

I'm with Tmobile for last 18 months and not had issues with the phone service at all, the only annoyance was the recent problems many people had trying to access their online billing, some couldn't get to it for several months which caused them problems claiming these cashbacks!

So for me the service is fine, coverage pretty good, data speeds so-so Also like the fact you can't go abroad and clock up huge data roaming debts as you must buy a booster to use abroad (not nearly as good as Three's 'Feel at Home' of course)

"Unlimited Data" means 3GB to T-Mobile. That's why I left.

I've actually been on this deal now for over a year. Its been there for a long time on Mobiles.co.uk (Where i got it from) its just that a lot of people didn't know about it. Also, when i called T-Mobile to ask what is included, they did confirm its Unlimited Data (Not capped) and Tethering was included. I asked "What is the limit on tethering?" and the person replied "We can't actually measure the tethering on the T-Mobile plans so it is unlimited." This was before everyone started capping Unlimited Data and Tethering. Hope this post helps, I'd say go for it, i've never had any issues with coverage.

Oh do tel me more? I was on unlimited and now I'm on 3gb? Not really an issue I guess but if I do go over I doubt the rates are pocket friendly
