  I honestly happy with it , bought it nearly 2 weeks ago , took it to turkey on holiday, had it unlocked for 6 quid , and great phone....

  Instore its not guaranteed if they have it in stock, or if they have it at all... just cause someone buys it in one shop , it doesnt guarantee that it will be available everywhere until you get there , you never now..

  Because the website isn't designed for you, it's designed for your mum.
  
  They probably lose sales if they overcomplicate things. They expect anyone technical enough to know what the specs mean is savvy enough to be able to find them, or at least know where to ask, so they keep it simple.

  Really good phone. Have added an app to auto-upload pictures to Picasa and will be using it as a basic wifi camera on holiday.
  My Quidco didn't track BTW (ordered over a week ago), just to warn you.

  Very happy with mine.
  As an existing T-Mobile PAYG customer I paid just £39.99 as an upgrade - no top up needed.
  The phone is perfect as a WIFI hot spot too with T-Mobiles 6 month web for £20 deal.
