Found this when surfing to buy one, cheaper than any on Ebay, especially with free postage, as that's where i was hunting mainly, cheaper than anywhere i can find online.

Great pieces of kit, this will be my second one as i have more kit now, the first one does such a good job.

Technical Details

* Mains conditioner
* Surge protection
* 2 metre screened mains lead to prevent RFI
* No neon indicators (these can inject noise into your Hi Fi and affect the sound quality)
* WHAT HI FI 5 Star Award

Sorry, can't get the pic up atm

Price is £23.62 from amazon.
£23.25 from a marketplace seller, although its fulfilled by Amazon so I dont know if its allowed or not? Most likely not, as the actual product is someone elses stock, and the money goes to the marketplace seller, not amazon.

The stock is held at the Amazon warehouse and is despatched just as fast as any Amazon stock. Amazon take the payment, pack and despatch the goods and take their sizeable commission for their efforts........

Yep I understand that, just strange that it would be allowed on here, as the actual physical stock would originally come from the marketplace seller/third party would it not? And the money (even though as you rightly point out, amazon have their fair share) goes to the marketplace seller. But Im guessing its safe as the stock is there, a seller couldnt scam you as amazon have the stock ready.....:thinking:

the only partner seller i know about is indigostarfish.

all other sellers have the stock in their own warehouse, amazon holds the money for 30 days before passing it on to the seller.

^^^^

A distinct lack of interference after replacing my Belkin surge protector.

Less playing up of my sky box when either my washing machine or dish washer is on, less interference coming through my baby monitor which is plugged into it as well as my plasma, amp & PS3, that thing (baby monitor) is so sensitive that if you plug a lamp in to the same spur/wall socket you get some audible electrical feedback coming through.

I didn't have too many issues with the sound of my system, but i do think it's helped.

I do want to get a Clamp or other noise suppressor for elsewhere in the house to figure out what's the noisiest appliances i have, but this will do for the time being.

And to the chap who said it'd been posted before, i did run a search and it didn't show up for me, fell free to point where it has been on before.

Hi chaps, does anyone know of a 12 or 14 way extension, I seem to need two of these types of things and the 'cable management' under my desk looks total rubbish, I'd love to tidy it up, maybe mount a bigger extension box on the wall or something, the sockets in one line would be good as well like the item here, the 10 way type where the sockets are in two parallel rows are a pain, several of my mains adapters are so bulky they cover up two sockets ! Thanks for any advice Roger
