sorted byI can assure you we are still trading.. The issue is that we knew nothing of this offer being promoted on this site and as such this has created more orders than we are able to produce in our normal production time frame. EVERY Customer who has purchased has been sent an email informing of the problems this has created ( proof of those emails can be seen on the other various posts in this thread). We are working overtime to manufacturer and dispatch the mats as soon as we can an anticipate all orders being dispatched by the end of this week.
Unfortunately when things are not planned there are impacts on Material Supply / usage, production capacity and staff availability. If we new of the offer being promoted by this set we could of planned in advance. I am sorry if you thinks the service is not good enough but we are doing what we can under the circumstances..

Fair enough if you ask me. Obviously only a small company who didn't expect to be inundated with so many orders! At least they are honouring the codes and aren't merely cancelling everyone's orders as so many much larger, reputable companies have done in the past. Just be patient and wait it out, they can't have much markup on these!

Good quality for the price, the heel mat seems to be coping fine with no sign of wear yet. The plain black style looks decent enough in the car as well.
Same here,used Paypal,then theres no problem.

They seem to have the same discount code last year so may be on going.
The mat as fine but not luxury items, Ok fitting on most. But the odd car is a little out. Seems to be variant models rather than standard.

Jst ordered carmats and paid with card and resived email aboute the order that will resive with in 7working days
