While explosively stripping the evil pirate LeChuck of his demonic mojo, Guybrush Threepwood inadvertently infects the entire Caribbean with the arch-fiend's expelled voodoo, which threatens to transform buccaneers into unruly pirate monsters. Pursued by a notorious cut-throat Pirate Hunter and a creepy French Physician who believes that Guybrush's eerily-infected hand holds the secret of eternal life, Threepwood sails the seven seas in search of La Esponja Grande, a legendary sea sponge with unparalleled voodoo exfoliating abilities. But little does Guybrush know, his quest is part of a larger, more sinister plot, and good and evil are not always as they seem...

Who can Guybrush trust? Where can he turn? Everything you think you know will be challenged as Tales of Monkey Island builds to its unexpected finale!

This is a new game. It was originally released in five "chapters", hence the "Complete Pack" label.
#7
Super, not played Monkey Island for ages.. Heat!
#8
Oh, and the metacritic score is about 80 for each of the chapters, so it's not just me as a long-time Guybrush fan that likes it.
#9
It's much better than Sam and Max (season 1 at least) and has rejuvenated the series after Escape from Monkey Island nearly sunk it.
#10
Def hot hot hot - although, I have to admit, I just jumped all over this and got a 'You already own this game' checkout message! Gogo having insanely large Steam collection that I can't even keep track of!!
#11
never played these games when they were first out but am a huge fan of adventure games so may have to get this
#12
Didn't really like these to be honest, but given that I paid around £45 for the complete Telltale pack (only wanted Monkey Island and Sam & Max), this is a super hot deal.
#13
Bought. Huge fan of Monkey island.
#14
i bought it not long ago from telltale
but i rather have them in steam too
(i know crazy) but for that price !!!
thanks
#15
Hawt. Bought!
#16
Voted hot. It's ALMOST everything i need... Now where can i get a rubber chicken with a pulley in the middle?
#17
I keep trying to love Monkey Island but I was a Delphine adventure gamer in my youth (Future Wars/Operation Stealth etc). Great price though, hot for sure.
#18
i hope this deal will come on psn too
#19
Can't go wrong with this game pack for this price. Already played episode 1 which was great. Pretty faithful to the original lucasarts series.

if u got a cd key from telltale then you could simply activate it in steam, then it will be added to your games library
#21
Oh if I didn't already have these already I'd have bought them, in fact at this price I'm almost tempted to buy them again! If anyone out there is wondering what the games are like, personally I think they are brilliant fun - gameplay and graphics are really good and it's very addictive. Heat added
#22
Can I buy this now, then download it when my new PC arrives next week?
#23
Heat added, good find.
Just playing through MI 1&2 on the Ipod at the moment.
#24
Can anyone confirm if this will run on a 1.6Ghz / 1 gig netbook?

Can't get on to check at work.
#25
Absolutely amazing price.

I've nearly finished the last episode now. It's not as good as the other four instalments (mainly because the puzzles aren't as challenging), but everything else is spot on.
#26
It's a great game, just a shame they changed the controls such that instead of simply clicking wheree you want to go then you HOLD the mouse button down in the direction you want guybrush to run. Annoying.

Obviously some games companies have never heard of the term "if it ain't broke don't fix it".
#27
Will it work with Windows 7? says Vista or XP on the operating system required.

Yup.

And yes it works on Windows 7.
#29
Great price! Thanks OP 8)

My name is Guybrush Threepwood, and I want to be a pirate!
#31
Hmmmm odd, it says not recommended for macs with integrated graphics?

So thats about 4 Mac models then....I'm not sure whether to buy it, will the 9400m be good enough?
#32
It's fine - got it running on my base model macbook pro.
#33
Cool thanks, the Macbook pro has either the 320m or 9400m,
#34
If you want to test it out before buying, you can download the demo from the Telltale site:

Got episode one on Wiiware on launch and thought it was a steal on there. I then got the complete package on PSN for £14.99, which was an even bigger steal. And now this? Bloody hell this warrants a purchase even if I have it already!

HOT HOT HOT

Are you quite sure about this? Have you actually tested it? I just tried adding my Telltale keys in Steam and they weren't valid, which would suggest you are mistaken.

EDIT: It's also not in the official list of keys that can be registered in Steam.

Bought it at full price as a preorder!

Easily worth it then.. let alone at this price!!
#38
Great collection. I found a lot of the puzzles to be more fair in this, and a little less obscure than some of the older games. Damn those glasses / goggles, though.:(
#39
I want this but I don't think I'll ever find time to play it.

Does anyone know when this offer expires?
#40
All over this like a rash. Thanks.
