Excellent stuff.
First saw Talk Talk at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1981 when they supported Duran Duran (must do something about this bloody stutter:) - terrific songs , great melodies - heat from me !!
Great band - good price considering it includes the DVD
Bought the Natural History CD about 20 years ago. I loved it. Lent it to a friend who hated it. Weirdo.
One of my favourite bands so H+R added.
Their songs were so finely crafted, they are superb.

"Living in Another World" is my all time fave by them - still sounds brilliant after 25 years - and a great video - check it out on YouTube.

Pity they never got the chart success they deserved - many of their best singles never even cracked the Top 40 and they never had a Top 10 hit. So very wrong given the quality of their material.
:thumbsup:Never tire of it,great band
ditto - Living in another world... timeless.

I can vaguely remember a documentary/rockumentary/popumentary/synthology on TV about them where they were doing a tour of what looked like working men's clubs. Can't remember much about it, apart from thinking 'how the hell would talk talk go down in a working men's club?'

Also remember a programme on the success of popular bands at the time. Talk Talk were quoted by the presenter as not making a single penny, but he also said that they probably had a 'good' accountant.

Amazing what you remember.
