I use the Americano pod with the espresso bar code over the reader. microwave ur own milk and whisk, add a little blob (pea sized) of golden syrup. lovely and half the price if the latte/cappuccino pods.

can reuse your t disc's lot of work though:

I'm three minutes into that video and I've already decided I'd rather spend the £4 X)

I'll swap someone my Oreo pods because I didn't like them. I hope they have the Kenco ones in the sale because I like those.

#13
Not quite as cheap as this deal, but Sainsbury's had 20% off on a selection of Tassimo when I went shopping yesterday. I got a couple of the Kenco Cafe Crema.

Great deal, and as of now 09/07/2014 at 08:10 the online purchase is not discounted ;(
#20
Just been in my local shop and they are not discounted :-(
#21
The saving is shown on the product page for me, but it shows as full price when added to the shopping basket. Is that standard for a new offer on the Tesco website?

Recently tried a Tassimo at my wifes friends after rave reviews.. Not to be a troll but I was totally unimpressed

personally the following beats it hands down

Personal set up~

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bialetti-ES030200-ME-3-Coffee-Maker/dp/B0000AN3QI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1404902151&sr=8-1&keywords=bialetti+3
£18.37
Froth the milk with
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bialetti-BA008100-Tuttocrema-Frother/dp/B0001IXA4Y/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1404902091&sr=8-2&keywords=bialetti
£19.90
And use a
thermometer

£2.96

So £41.23 to start with and then get Black Lavazza 2 for a fiver in asda

I guarantee within a week you'll chuck your tassimo in the bin

I'm sure it tastes wonderful but lets be honest, the main reason to buy a machine like a Tassimo is the simplicity, speed and convenience of it. No boiling up, no faffing on with temp probes, no washing up and all made and ready to go in under a minute. But again millions of Italians can't be wrong....right? ;-)
#27
Any chance someone can change the image. The CN Latte Macchiato is NOT in the offer!
#28
Def online, i've just clicked the link and its taken me too their online store - maybe you need to login into your tesco grocery account
#29
stocked up in plymouth today after weeks of no tassimo. bought the machine when it was £35 but was going thru discs like nobody's business!! don't mind so much at this price! thank you. Xxx
#30
Been and stocked up at Hull today thanx OP
#31
I bought 15 boxes and posted this deal at 6:30 am dunno where its gone?
#32
no latte, latte machiatto or hot chocolate :(
#33
Had my Tassimo a few days and absolutely love it, fast, simple, good quality.. have tried quite a few pods and they all taste good to me. Got a load (about £40 worth) in sainsburys 20% thing, will pop into Tesco and have a nosey tomorrow :)

Where the hell can one buy COSTA Expresso Pods. JUST the pods. I dont wanna Buy the LATTE 8 drink packs, as we both don't like the cream - we'd rather use hot milk, and then add the expresso pod.

On the Tassimo site it tells you which pods are available at what stores. Might help you narrow your search

Currently you cannot purchase the Costa coffee pods which are included with the Costa Latte packs. The nearest thing is the Costa Americano TDisc - which could give a similar taste if the brewing process is interrupted as the drink is made.

Don't know whether you've tried them, but some of the espresso pods from other brands are as good or better than the Costa pods and you can buy them separate.

You could try this to use the Expresso barcode on the Americano disc? This may work..

Like yer CN Latte Macchiato? how about the Caramel ?? :p . I placed my order yesterday (Sunday afternoon) with Amazon, and at the same time took advantage of the free offer ( for 30 day's) of free next day delivery (Prime time delivery I think it's called) 5 packs of 8 drinks,so 40 drinks = 80 pods @ £18.65 delivered at 8:40am THE NEXT DAY oO The SAME order via Tassimo would have cost me £28.95 (£23.95 + £5 p+p) AND taken a GOOD 4 days +

If you buy a funnel to fit tightly into the center hole of the milk pod, pour your milk in it takes a few seconds to work it's way through. But this works & a lot quicker & no need to buy plugs to fit. This is good way when the coffee's & chocolate do not come with milk.
