2 year warranty and £20 voucher at JL

Manufacturers guarantee is also 2 years with Currys according to their website. Prefer Currys as don't have a John Lewis nearby. Voucher is the same.. advertised as £20 but it's actually 2 x £10 (min £25 spend and £5 delivery for each). Actually got Quidco with 10% and £10 off too on Tassimo website using code LUVTASSIMO so works out cheaper than 3 for £10 at supermarket.

I kept trying to buy one of these from Tesco Direct just before Christmas for £35, using the clubcard boost promotion leaving only £2 to pay.
I added it to the basket but when I checked out it said there wasn't enough in stock. I then signed up for a stock alert which came up a bit later saying that more had come into stock. When I added it to the basket then checked out the same bloody message popped up again saying not enough in stock. I was bloomin furious as I was looking forward to a fine pod coffe over Christmas.
Anyway to cut a long story short this looks like a great offer, thanks for sharing.

You can't use your £10 voucher and this code though can you?

Only space for one promotion code upon checkout so don't think so
#13
Any point having 2 years warranty on a £35 machine where you get £20 worth of pods?
Got this before Christmas, if it breaks next week, I'll buy another.
Spend £15 in Starbucks a month

This is a great machine at a great price. White looks better though.

great machine. used at home over Christmas - was most enjoyable. Have now taken to use in the office - everyone is using it! Mind you, they are all complimenting the coffee.
Thinking I might get another to keep back at home as it was that good (roll on pay day!).

I'm quite tempted to upgrade my old machine, but these vivy have a very small water tank

Never used a coffee machine, are pods expensive?

Depends where you get them from or how much your prepared to pay.

Use my supermarket to see which supermarket has them on offer

What's the diffrence between this and a kettle?
#23
Let me Google that for you

TASSIMO is a hot beverage system that provides a variety of freshly prepared coffee shop style beverages - one cup at a time - at the touch of a button. Not only does TASSIMO offer a wide range of freshly brewed coffees - including cappuccino and latte macchiato.

The TASSIMO brewer works exclusively with TASSIMO Discs (T DISCs) and an 'Intelligent' TASSIMO Brewer with a bar code reading system. The unique, patented TASSIMO system provides an unparalleled variety of beverages at the touch of a button.

You can't use both £10 vouchers together

And an order has to be £25 then £5 delivery so it's often cheaper to buy pods in store
#25
Been this price in Currys for a month now so not really a deal
#26
Not sure if I could use just a ground coffee in this one !?

Free delivery if you spend over £35, lots more choice than the supermarkets, worth stocking up, especially if you're just starting out with these machines and need to find your favourites :-)

Like many owners of Tassimos I've now stopped buying the drinks with milk pods. If you want a Latte or Capp type drink, using fresh milk and an Espresso pod. It's cheaper (and you get 16 instead of 8 in a box), you can have it at a temperature that you choose, you can select skimmed or semi or full fat milk, and for my taste the fresh milk is a lot better than the pasteurised concentrated milk in the pods.

Bought one of these as a birthday present - great deal. Head added!!

Had to take mine back, got a plastic taste.its a known fault! If yours is like it, take it back and swap it

Just spoke with John Lewis and they say the offer of the 2 x £10 vouchers is now ended. Pity.

Anyone aware of another supplier with two year guarantee and vouchers? Currys is, I think, only one year guarantee as with all their things.
