Was in Sainsbury's on Sunday and noticed the lovely Picota cherries are out and only £1.00 for 250g.
Love these tasty bad boys so bought a few punnets.
Also checked and they're available online too.
Hope this helps someone :)

Just a few years ago, I think we got 500g for £1. Every year we seem to get fewer and fewer per £1... :(

Just back from Romania, where I was buying freshly picked cherries for about 60p per KILOGRAM in my local market. :p

I think I've eaten my quota for this year. :|

I normally buy the "normal" cherries from either tesco or sainsbury and they're £2 for 200g so think these are a bargain as they're half the price, you get 25% more and they taste better :)

The Sun voucher? I eagerly picked up my copy, only to discover that here in Scotland they have printed a different voucher :( It's not for fruit and veg but is for £5 off a £10 spend on meat or fish. I will use it but I'd rather the fruit/veg voucher. (_;)

Hope you enjoyed your cherries! :)
