That said, if you make a lot of jams and pies etc as we do at this time of year, (easily use 15-20kg during july/august) then it adds up to a considerable saving.

Got no idea what it is the problem with you and looks like that you are being very abusive, making a fuss about few pennies discount for something that in reality would on average last very long and it is not even a necessity to buy in quantities and therefore making this original post of useless utility to most of the members and especially me. Not up to me to fully dispute or judge about as anyone can post any crap or any good they wish to post and the same for anyone that found this post usefull instead. So, once again be respectfull of the others that do not agree and I do not agree about this deal and once again this is all about this forum here, a debate after all and not a fight,lol.

I use sugar in just about everything and this should help in stocking up.

there are plenty of deals posted on this site every day. but like you most of them dont appeal to me. but that does not give me the right to go and **** people off for posting them deals. like you said, they will appeal to some but not all.
so the point is if you dont like whats in the title or the price, why would you then enter the thread and post stupid comments?!

I thought that it was already the end of the matter but I do also apreciate that you can talk in a regular civilized manner .Sorry, I do still disagree about you forcing me and prevent me to not express my opinions about this deal that seems to be opened to everyone belonging to this community. I am still of the opinion that it is a useless deal for my personal situation which surely must also be the same for the many others not dependant from sugar. Anyway I said a price of max 99p as an example but in reality can be found everywhere at 79p or less and therefore investing in advance on what I also consider a poison to the body despite the fact that I also use it, it is not worth to stock quantities and for the sake of saving 10 or 20pence on something that on average would last long. nothing else to say and I vote cold,lol
