That is ordinary sugar, like you put in your tea or coffee. As distinct from Caster (finer), Icing (powder), cubes/lumps. (obvious).

Cane sugar or UK/EU beet sugar for this price?

Homebrewers should be aware beet sugar can produce off flavours, amd cane is best.
