Good for the home brewer.
Costco might be cheaper but most people have a Pound stretcher a lot nearer and without the need for a membership card!!

15kg of sugar? Why?

Time for some brewing methinks

Sugar keeps rather well though anyway. It's its own preservative.

Making wine, making cider, baking, making sugar soap, soothing an intensely bad sugar addiction, just because it's 59p a pack and it was on HotUKDeals

1kg of sugar is also 69p in Lidl.
It's not Tate & Lyle but there is no difference in the product.

This is a difference, all sugar is not the same.
Tate & Lyle is cane sugar, most of the others come from beet, and any good cook will tell you that cane sugar (Tate & Lyle) produces much nicer cakes, sponges, pastries, etc., better texture and a better taste, so if they're all 69p then I'd go for Tate & Lyle any day.
Heat given.

I agree. I'd rather save £10,000 on an Audi once every 10 years ;O) Voted Hot.

666 That was a really unlucky number! Made it 670 so you can now relax.
