"Winter is coming" - so time to check your car battery. Big enough to be used in most power hungry Diesel powered cars. Perfect for any modern (even power hungrier) cars. Fits most of the cars…

DISCOUNT CODE = D2BOYS OK, not a massive saving, but I needed one of these this week and this is the cheapest way I could find of getting a new one. Had a look at the rest of the range, and the low…

Get what you pay for in this life and £13 from Aldi isn't going to match the quality and intelligence and research that goes into Ctek chargers, £55 isn't expensive for what it is and does. Excellent purchase, and one that will last for years. Don't recall the aldi one having all the comfort indication features this has as well. Good luck with the Aldi when it boils your battery over the winter, ill stick with ctek
Great, that's what you think but out of interest on what basis do you base your opinions. I agree that up to a point 'you get what you pay for' but it doesn't always apply.
Many times (especially in these times) I've bought something that is identical to something else for a far cheaper price.

If its identical its the same thing, so you got the expensive item, cheap, bargain. I base my opinion on having one of them and having used the other, i know which ill stick with.
my Aldi battery charger has never turned my wrist green...or told me the time! but i have burnt out accumate, optimate, halfords and an ebay charger cycling between 3 bikes a week at a time through the winter but the 3 Aldis chargers i have had to replace due to selling bikes ...BMW S1000RR Gsxr K7 and a Blackbird the buyer seeing the Optimate/Maplins trailing lead and asking for the charger...at £13 a pop im happy to bundle it in....

I once bought a clone Tag Heuer from Canary Islands. Worked fine for a while, but then it broke. Just before it broke it turned my arm blue/green a few times when I wore it in the heat. But it cost me £20 rather than £2k. I then went out and bought a proper Tag. Have worn it almost every day for the past 12 years, and it has never skipped a beat.
There's a moral there somewhere. You make your own mind up ;-)
I'm quite happy with my Ctek purchase. Hopefully it will give me many years of use.
I think you bought a fake tag, sold by dodgy geezer. We are talking about things bought from genuine shops. They may be different prices but the function can well be the same.

These are back on sale again @ £14.99 (not quite the bargain they once were at under a tenner, but still) just in time for winter.
A clone of the Swedish C-Tek for a quarter of the price. Anyone who has bought one of these will tell you how versatile it is. It is a fully 'intelligent' charger - 6v and 12v, it will safely charge a completely dead battery and also has a desulphation mode that justifies the price of the unit alone.

Switches to trickle charge automatically and is safe enough to leave connected for prolonged periods (ideal for the weekend car!)

Doesn't look as nice as the C-Tek (and I suspect it is based on a discontinued model), but the cost savings have to be made somewhere.

Just bought the Aldi one - 12.99. I think it's even better, has a digital display as well as the 6v/12v full conditioner programs the Lidl one has.

Cheap car battery! Fine cheap battery for my 1.4 petrol megane. Other batteries on site are equally as good value for other cars. Shared Via The HUKD App For Android.

Cheap enough for small cars ,Only an idiot would think this is for diesels.
fits most cars lol
for my fiat 126 will do but the diesel need at least 65ah
what! 45 ah (amp hour) this is very important and 45ah, well if you are a 1.0 Lt petrol then this could be a fair ( not great) battery.
There is no battery that fits "most cars"
