I'm unsure about quality of Technika , so for an extra £3 you can have LG
Clicky

It depends how important the recording feature is.

Personal choice I suppose. :)

plus no dvd on the LG which is a shame, does anyone have one of these technika's to comment on quality etc?

Looks really smart, but we purchased a technika for the bedroom and the sound and picture were poor, but it was cheap, so maybe this one will be better.

I agree, just picked up one today and I'm thinking of taking it back. The only way to get a decent sound out of it is to either use my headphones or speaker system which at times is a bit too much on both energy and sound. To put in comparison the sound is similar to a laptop, ie low in tones.

Personally I would use it with my xbox 360. It just depends what you want. I guess for what it offers it is good value but of a lower standard.

I cant comment on the quality but this looks a good deal to me, however, I was swung by the extra inch and full hd and pay a little extra for this:

no-one was able to find a similar deal with all the features integrated that could better it im afraid

I just got one today!! Brilliant

Rattler, unless people have experience of this TV or make not being very good, I dont think people should vote it down unless they provide a link or some information to a better offer for a similar product offering the same features

Im in the market for something like this or the link i posted above, and between the 2 of these deals, I've found nothing better and no-one else can or haven't shown it yet

I had it delivered today, picture is amazing in my room! Looks great as well

Reviews give it 8.8/10 so I think it's probably fairly good

i am very picky on electricals, getting the 19" technika with usb record for £88 today for kitchen. Having installed one for parents yesterday, i can say picture is very good for this price, however it's only as good as the signal going in, if picture is not good with these technika's get your aerial upgraded!

How can you slate this well known brand. If it was something crap or unheard of like Onkyo then i'd understand. (_;)

so if a person wall mounts the tv, wot about the stand alone dvd player?
