Are you for real? What a complete jerk. Bet you have a Ferrari too because a Ford is below you. You must also live in a penthouse because a semi-detatched isn't posh enough. :whistling:

Rember you can use Farmfoods and Morrisons vouchers in tesco though which, if you had enough, brings it to £362.50 or spend 3p more for £360! which is what I plan on doing 2moro :)

The SAMSUNG LE40B530 40" 1080p - £399.95 @ Richer Sounds from Boxing Day is a much better brand than the Technika

Technika = Tesco Value range :-D

Bought one today, With staff discount and all sorts of coupons I paid £325 cash.
We cant get a perfect picture on it, but we will stick at it. For this type of money you cant grumble.

But i must be a gypo to be buying a technika model for my living room! Or maybe I just have common sense to not be spending stupid money on a TV when I have 3 children to care for.

I'm by no means poor and definitely not a chav.
I have however bought Technika equipment before and it has performed perfectly well for the price.
You do however get what you pay for.

But dismissing something because it's not a well known brand is ignorant at best.

I'd applaud anyone who didn't get suckered in by advertising and spend far to much on their credit card so they can impress their equally vacuous friends.

If you can afford it, then fair enough. But I expect the original poster is just using mummy and daddy's money.:stocking:

My parents had one of this and to be honest, quality / functions wise is no where near as good as the LG one i have.
