Technika Portable DVD PLayer 7inch TFT HDMI Upscaling Instore at Tesco £27 Cant seem to find it online but seems ridiculously cheap for an HDMI upscaling POrtable DVD player. Says 2 hours rechargable battery and mains adaptor. Didnt buy one as already have 2 portable dvd players so dont know if it included HDMI cable etc

Is this it? Upscaling Technika Tesco Direct Link in which case it's £34.97 from Tesco Direct - or it would be if it were in stock.

Re the instore offer: A pretty amazing price for any portable DVD player, let alone one that upscales. Have some heat.

Hmm actually it does say upsacling design DVD so could just be that they were on wrong shelf I guess? But there were loads of them (ie 4 or 5 rows and that was the only sticker anywhere near them. Guess if anyone goes to Springhill one they could confirm as I'm not going back for a few days!

Can someone confirm if this is a player with its own screen. Or whether it is just one you plug into tv?

Also can poster see product code? As can't see from picture

I'm still unsure what this actually is, I am aware it says 7 inch tft, but it also says it upscales and has HDMI (which as far as I can see on their site, none of the ones with a built in screen have?).
The OP says it could well have been on the wrong shelf, but the big question is, do you get a 7inch tft player for the quoted price? or is it just in the wrong place and there is no deal at all?
I am assuming all the heat is from people thinking it's a portable tft one.

This link if for a normal dvd player that plugs into your TV, not a 7" portable player. I have to say the title is a little confusing, as I have never seen a 7" potable player with upscale and HDMI.
