Usually have 2 rechargeable batteries. My Sony ones have a removable cable that connects the headphones to the base unit and they recharge like that. Usually you can take the batteries out and recharge them the normal way too.

do you think its just in that specific store or in all tesco stores? its £27.37 on the tesco site!
#8
oooh exactly what I've been looking for. hope my store has them!

these look identical to the Accessory Agents FMH2020 set I got from play for £10 which have now gone up to £29.99. Although not bad I wouldn't pay over £20 for them, a fiver is great £10 at most

The spec could be the same here is the link http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/6736256/Accessory-Agents-FMH2020-Stereo-Wireless-RF-Headphones/Product.html

Fixed now, for £5 or £10 they are fine. I would buy another set if my local had them at a fiver even £10

I have been looking for just this... a cheap pair of wireless headphones that i can purchase but then not have to worry if they break down later. If they last six months at that price i'll be well happy!
#13
Its not all about how long they last guys n girls its the quality! =) hehe.
#14
Sweetcorn costs £2?
NO WAY!

They are pretty decent - a little hissy if there is no / low signal, but great if you up the input volume.

Also, if you have two headphones you can use them at the same time from one transmitter. The missus and I do that at night if we want to watch TV / movies with the volume up so as not to disturb the neighbours.

I've got the ones from play, they are good when they last and as stated just turn up the volume on whatever you are using them with (for me it was my TV) and turn down the volume on the headphones.

However they are utter rubbish, well mine are anyway as they kept cutting out every 10 mins. They can't be losing signal as the receiver was in plain view. And I used numerous batteries. I still have them but they are caked in dust at the mo.

Maybe I got a dodgy pair?

Yes you'd be glad to hear. I can take a pic of it if you need proof ;)

Had a pair of £70 Sennheiser wireless headphones bought mainly with an Argos voucher and took them abroad where they lasted about 6 months being worn every evening to watch TV while drowning out the noise of traffic since the windows had to be open for cooling (tropics). Picked up a pair of Technika headphones in Tesco for £20 on a trip home and they were ugly things looking exactly like these but did the job walking around a small flat just as well as the Sennheiser for a year until I left and gave them away to someone. No style but excellent value and I'll buy them for a £5 if I can find them.

I have these headphones and they're brilliant, I paid £25 for them, the sound quality and bass is awesome. I have them plugged in to my pc, upstairs, at the front to the house, and I can get clear reception in my back garden so a fantastic range - especially at this price!! Heat added! :)
#22
anyone else get any if you did where from?
#23
Just been to Tesco Seacroft, Leeds and could not see them anywhere. None with all the other headphones and none in the student deals isle, oh well.
#24

My Sony ones sit on a base that uses magnetic induction to charge the batteries. Takes ages though!
