Guessing this is neither ultra thin (weighing in at 9.9cm! - the Technika one is 6cm) nor 100hz :whistling:

contrast Ratio on this Technica is very poor at 1300:01:00

Just bought 1. Just to point out that these are now selling @ £429.97 in Tesco's, don't seem available on-line.

Nice picture based on a non-HD input. The TV set up menu tells you everything is running @50Mhz, but thats not right. Looks really nice, pic's are great, and the number of inputs bewilders me!

Only tried with free view, Wii, DVD and analogue. DVD is sweet, Wii looks great when on composite (??? red / Yellow / white), and freevierw is great on non-sports modes. Sporting events would probably suit HD more. But saying that, going from a Panasonic 28" 100 Mhz CRT to this I am V. Happy!

W1

(P.S. I don't live in a council flat)

I purchased one of these in August, just as we were moving house. Being a bloke I just had to get it out of the box to see how good it was. Problem was I did it in the old house, 10 hours before moving.....Removal guys managed to loose the remote & the user guide during a 5 mile journey.

Managed to get a new remote but having no luck with the user guide.

Anyone on here have a copy or knows where I can download one.

Will reinburse for time.

Pete
