Here I go again. Posting another boffer deal, knowing full-well that it's gonna get nixxed big-time. No matter, here we go:

Dear Lauren,

I've never talked about this before, but I really need your advice on what could be a crucial decision. I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs... New underwear, New Makeup, New perfumes, going for facials. The works really. If Phone rings and I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has started going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them." The strange thing is when ever she goes out with the girls she takes our Tube of personal lubricant KY from the bathroom with her!!

I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive. Although I can hear a car driving off, as if she has gotten out of the car round the corner. Why? Maybe she wasn't in a taxi?

I once picked her mobile phone up just to see what time it was and she went berserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.

Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her.

I decided I was going to put my My TV next to the window and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home. It was at that moment, crouching behind my TV , that I noticed that there was a burning smell coming from my TV

My question : Is this something I can fix myself or should I just bite the bullet and get a new TV?

Qwerty1

Dear Qwerty 1

Bearing in mind the price that we are selling a GRADE A as new Technosonic 32" LCD TV's for £199.99 . I don't think there is any point in you getting your TV fixed. One of the main reasons these are so cheap is because are Technosonic GRADE A units, meaning that they have been returned to a major retailer ( who was retailing them for £499.99 )either as a failed delivery, under a money back guarantee, cancelled order or unwanted gift.

The product is therefore returned to source where it is tested (repaired if faulty) and repacked. Some units may have slight marks from the handling they receive.
Each item has been upgraded with the latest software, re-packaged and re-boxed in retail cartons with all manuals.

So get one of these boffered.

Lauren x

Ps: One way to check if your wife is having an affair is mix up some sand in her tube of KY

Condition: As New Grade A
Maximum Purchase per Customer: 5
Delivery Time: Direct Ship from Supplier can take up to 7 days.

I just came over to post this on here. Great price for a 32" LCD HD TV. Not the best, but definitely worth £200 of anyone's money.

You got the price wrong, by the way...it's £202.98. ;)
#2
voting hot but if you have another 50 or so to spend than go for a better brand.

I didn't bother to post this as I thought there'd be too much flak about it being grade a rather than new and the description is a bit sparse.

Heres the specs:

Features:
- 32'' widescreen HD ready LCD TV
- HDMI input
- NICAM Stereo for Digital sound quality
- Panel resolution: 1366 x 768 pixels
- Auto tuning and program storage
- Teletext with 1000 page memory
- Twin Scart sockets for connection to DVD player / Freeview receiver
- Fully functioning remote control

I couldn't find any info about the brightness it's probably 1:500

Good deal though for a TV of this sort but I already have a LCD TV.

Also great thing about Boffer is it's £2.99 postage whatever the item so for a TV it's wonderful postage :-)

(not so good for a pack of barbecue worms though :-) )

Refurbished and only a 90 day warranty could be buying yourself a load of trouble- not worth the risk buy a NEW 32" with a year warranty from misco or ebuyer for another 70 quid
SVP also selling same TV for 219 - same company owns both???????
#7
202 quid sounds pretty good to me! hot.
#8
can this be put on the wall? and would it make much of a diffence beetween getting this and the one from richer sounds for £349
#9
not again............ Just get the Sony one for 330gbp
#10
Description is slightly contradictory in that it has Freeview but the specs say scart for Freeview and there's no Freeview logo on the picture.
Check before you buy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richersounds.

that's not helpful.

good deal, yes there maybe a risk but it might turn out to be a cracker of a tv and its saved you £100 or whatever from another place. thought the idea was to save money and get a good deal, not find a good deal and tell people to spend more somewhere else.

are these any good?

This is why I am beginning to dislike Boffer, "whacky" descriptions don't discount the fact they are supposed to be business and should give FULL details as such.
#15
Outstanding offer, but I can't justify spending £200 on something with a 90 day warranty, no matter how good value it is.

Heat and rep for the story lmao.......:-D

I hated the pathetic " story ", what kind of reputable company markets stuff using such trash?

I would avoid this company on that basis alone.:x
#18
can this be wall mounted then?

Never seen a 32" or larger LCD TV that didn't have VESA mounts on the back.

#22
If only I didn't go out and get p*ssed last night maybe I would have woken up earlier and not missed this deal...

Was a good night though.
#23
you can get other cheap brands new for £250, this is surely priced at pretty much what it's worth.

Got this from SVP during one of their Wednesday Sales for around £216 I think about a month ago. Can't knock the TV cracking picture, only slight problem I have is sometimes when you chnage the freeview channel it switches the TV channel, therefore losing the picture. Loads of little ways around this though so no big deal.
